Well, as you can see, none of these pictures flow together. Why you ask? Well, that's because Bobby and I have fallen a little behind on blogging. I will start with this bottom picture and work my way up. This picture is from my Grandpa Duncan's 90th birthday!! You wouldn't guess that he was that old. This is everyone that has descended from my Grandma and Grandpa. Actually, this is probably maybe only half of the family. Lots of family members live out of state, are on missions, or couldn't make it for one reason or another but we did pretty good to get this many!It was great to celebrate my Grandpa's life and be able to catch up with cousins.
The next picture as you can probably guess is me getting my hair CHOPPED. I told Bobby that I would chop it after our anniversary. He has mostly known me with long hair and I had gotten to the point where I was pulling my long flocks up all the time instead of doing my hair so I was okay with it. I did freak out a little after the first cut was made but no tears were shed surprisingly. Amy was really excited to be the Chopper!!
The next picture up is from the Salem Triathalon at the end of May. Bob and I wanted to do a relay together. We didn't do too bad for not training a ton. :) Bobby ran with me because I asked him to...it's a good thing he did too. After about an eighth of a mile I wasn't sure I was ready to go through with my part of the race (weak sauce I know). Bob encouraged me to keep going throughout the race and I finished! What a husband. We had our friends Amy and Chris join us as well for this race. Now I can say that I've done a triathalon...ish. And we have cool shirts to prove it.
The final picture is of the Rich boys. This picture wasn't planned but all of the Rich boys were wearing red shirts and kaki bottoms (coincidentally they all have gone to the U of U) and then Lance was wearing a blue shirt (he coincidentally went to BYU) so we decided that this awesome coincidenence deemed a snapshot. This was the farewell of the Rich wives and Rich husbands before the girls went on our Vegas trip. We had a great time and enjoyed each other's company. I would have posted pictures but we kind of designated a few cameras to take the pictures so we all weren't taking 7 pictures of the same pose. I'll have to post some when I get a copy.
