Here is me and my bad self on Dean's motorcycle, I actually just went around the block but I still felt pretty bad.

We went to Kennecott copper mine for the 24th of July and just toured around at the visitors center and looked out at the 3/4 mile hole. It was pretty amazing finding out about the whole refining process so if you ask us about it we might just know a little something about it.

This is the cutest picture i think we've taken of Duncan so far, and i don't use cute often so that's saying something. He's just the most pleasant baby, and i'm not just saying that because i'm his parent. Sara and I really love being around this very welcomed new addition to our family named Duncan.

We decided to take in some last glances of the mountains seeing as how we won't be able to really glance a mountain for miles in Pittsburgh.

Paul and Shelly Rich invited us recently to Mt. Air which was awesome to see and catch up with a lot of Rich's that we don't see that often.

July 4th weekend - posted by the Mr.

Bear lake is sometimes hard for a new mom so Sara and I decided to leave the babe for a little bit and take a relaxing ride on the kayaks

We used to love sleeping in the tire swing at Bear Lake when we were little and Duncan is no exception to the love of the tire swing

He had some good naps outside during the weekend, if only the bear lake nap could be replicated i think worldwide happiness would increase ten fold...whatever that means.

Palm spring trip - posted by the Mr.

In June we went on a big trip to palm springs with the whole family (as shown below) and we had a blast just hanging out and spending a relaxing vacation with family.

Here is the big family photo opp on the giant stone snake, you can see that everyone got the white shirt kaki memo.

I think Coby took this picture, but it's of palm springs at night, it was a really cool place that we stayed at, it had really fun pools and was built on a golf course.

Here we are at Benihana for a graduation dinner, it was pretty fun, but our only beef with the place was that our chef was from South america instead of Asia, but he was still pretty good.

That's right i got my degree in something that in itself i'm sure many can agree is pretty limited as far as earning potential...exercise and sport science. It was a good experience though and a good segway major for prosthetics and orthotics which i will be doing starting this fall at the University of Pittsburgh.
