The traditional stop at the Book Barn!
This picture was taken merely because the moment made me happy.
Walking back to the car after having Fish Taco Tuesday at Rubio's and holding hands.
We got this city map from the library that featured trails, parks, fire stations, libraries, etc.
Duncan found it really interesting...and because he did, Charlie followed suite. :)
Taking pictures (lots and lots of pictures) of everything for our household inventory.
Just trying to be a bit more prepared.
I had an idea to hook up Duncan's bike to the Cozy Coupe for a walk around the block, and guess what?
It was a total hit!
Work masked by fun...love it!

Side note:
Bobby taught Duncan awhile back to bring me the dandelion flowers that he finds in the yard.
Ever since, whenever Duncan finds a dandelion he 'presents' it to me, makes me smile every time.
Playing in the backyard one day, we heard an airplane go by and of course, both boys squinted through the sunlight to watch it go by. As we watched the plane fly by, I noticed this RAINBOW arched around the sun!
Can't recall ever seeing that happen before so it was neat!
Playing at the park is fun to do.

Chocolate dipped strawberries, Ritz crackers, and pretzels go down very well at the Rich household.

These boys came around the kitchen corner riding the Cozy Coupe dual-style.
What you can't see is Charlie's bum hanging on for deer life, but he obviously didn't seem to mind.
We LOVE watching them make each other laugh and play together.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
We read St. Patrick's day books and learned about the man himself and some of the traditions that go along with the holiday. After dinner we decorated sugar cookies with green frosting.
On our way to Costco we pass these two establishments:
Duncan and Charlie "fixing" the Cozy Coupe.
Duncan usually gets the main role when they play but Charlie always gets to be his 'helper', which makes everyone happy. :)

Our first Tornado warning!
We got a text on our phones that said: 'Tornado warning, take cover immediately'. Confused, we checked online to make sure our 801 area code phone numbers weren't giving us a warning that was for the Salt Lake area. Sure enough though, it was for us. In hindsight, we definitely didn't act according to Tornado warning measures, but now we know better. We're just glad it switched directions and touched down in another part of Roseville.

This boy can be such a snuggle buddy.
This is Duncan's imitation of what an Eye Doctor acts/looks like (Sheriff badge included :). We were playing pretend.
Whenever he is a 'worker' or a doctor, etc., Duncan like's to make his voice go deeper and walk like he is an adult.
Pretty funny boy.

Bobby had his birthday this month!
I made him his requested traditional yellow cake with caramel frosting.
We opened presents, sang happy birthday, and had some Super Nintendo time together.
Me, with the ever-funny, dashingly-handsome, smiley-happy, and family-loving birthday guy himself!
